A little about me
Hello, I'm Holly.
My background spans private client services, luxury lifestyle management, property and business ownership, giving me experience in a variety of settings where organisation, discretion and attention to detail really matter.
But if there's one thing that sums me up, it's “leave it with me”. I enjoy taking something off someone's plate, working out the best way forward and seeing it through, right down to the finer details. Whether it's finding a solution to a tricky problem, coordinating a number of moving parts or simply making sure something is taken care of properly, I'm someone who likes to get things sorted. It's an approach I've carried throughout my career, and one that sits at the heart of the service I offer today.
Over the years, I've supported high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, coordinated everything from complex property requirements to busy schedules, and built relationships with people from all walks of life. I've also run my own home organisation and lifestyle business, which gave me the opportunity to work closely with clients and see first-hand how much of a difference the right support can make.
What I love about what I do
For me, it's the variety that makes this work so rewarding. No two people are the same, and no two days need to be either. I enjoy finding the right solution, making useful connections, thinking ahead and bringing all the moving parts together.
I'm naturally organised and practical, and I like knowing that the details have been taken care of. I'm just as comfortable managing several things at once as I am taking the time to get one particular arrangement exactly right. I also understand that, when you're trusting someone with your personal life and arrangements, reliability, discretion and a good understanding of your preferences are essential.
Away from work, I'm mum to two young children, which keeps life wonderfully busy. It's a part of my life that I treasure, and one that has given me an even greater appreciation for the value of time, balance and being present for the things that matter most.
Why I created my own concierge service
Having worked across different areas of client service, I wanted to bring my experience together in a way that felt genuinely personal.
I wanted to create a service where the relationship comes first - where you know the person you're speaking to, feel comfortable asking for help and don't have to explain your preferences all over again each time you need something arranged.
That's the approach I bring to my business. When you work with me, you deal directly with me, from our first conversation onwards. I'll get to know you, learn how you like things done and build an understanding of what matters to you.
Whether it's taking care of everyday arrangements, helping with something more involved or organising something special, I'll bring the same personal attention to each request. My aim is to give you the reassurance of knowing there's someone you can turn to, who understands what you need and genuinely cares about getting it right.
I believe the best working relationships develop naturally, through good communication, consistency and trust. I'd like my clients to feel that they have someone dependable in their corner - someone who takes the time to listen, thinks ahead and makes life feel that little bit more manageable.
